Acceptance of the terms
Accessing or using www.rath.ae means you accept our Terms of Service and agree to use the site lawfully. If that's not something you agree to, please stop using the site. When you engage RATH Infotech for paid work, that engagement is also governed by the written proposal or quote you accept, alongside these general terms.
Who we are
RATH Infotech is the brand behind a full-stack digital agency working across Dubai and the wider UAE, and it's been serving clients since 2014. The work covers SEO and AI-search (AEO/GEO), web design and development, ecommerce builds, and performance marketing. When you sign on with us, your contract is with RATH Infotech, on the terms laid out in your written proposal. If you have questions about who exactly you're contracting with, send them to sales@rath.ae before you sign.
Services and engagements
RATH Infotech handles the full spread of digital-agency work. That covers SEO in all its forms: technical, on-page, off-page, ecommerce and Arabic SEO. It also runs AI SEO, AEO and GEO work, plus local SEO and Google Business Profile management. Web design and development fall under the same roof, alongside ecommerce builds on Shopify and WooCommerce.
Performance marketing rounds things out, with campaigns running across Google, Meta and ChatGPT advertising. The company also handles AI automation and sells Google Workspace licensing.
Every engagement starts with its own written proposal or quote, laying out scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. Work begins once you accept that proposal in writing. Six months is our standard minimum, and there's a reason for it: organic search genuinely needs that much time to show meaningful movement. Most retainers run closer to twelve months. Where a proposal conflicts with these general terms, the proposal wins for that engagement.
Fees, invoicing and cancellations
Fees, the payment schedule, invoicing intervals and cancellation rights are all laid out in each written proposal, quoted in AED. Engagements differ in scope, so these commercial terms get agreed per project rather than fixed on this page. Invoices are payable as stated in your proposal. Work may pause where agreed payments are outstanding. Notice and settlement arrangements in your proposal apply if you need to change or end an engagement. Need clarification before you commit? Email sales@rath.ae and we'll confirm the details in writing.
Intellectual property
RATH Infotech retains ownership of the agreed final deliverables until the related invoices are paid in full; once payment clears, ownership passes to you, unless your written proposal says otherwise. We also hold onto our pre-existing tools, templates, methods, know-how and processes. That includes all content, design and code on this website, none of which can be copied or reused without written permission. Third-party components stay separate from all this. Fonts, stock assets, plugins, platform features and the like remain subject to their own licences. Your proposal will spell out the exact IP position for your project.
No guarantees of results
RATH Infotech holds itself to a numbers-first, honest standard, but it doesn't promise specific outcomes. Rankings, organic traffic, ad performance and lead volumes hinge on third-party algorithms, competitors and market conditions we don't control, so no figure for rankings, traffic or leads comes guaranteed. Most engagements do show measurable movement within three to six months. That's an expectation, though, not a guarantee. Case-study figures on this site are verified historical results, pulled from real performance-marketing campaigns and quoted in AED at an approximate conversion rate that shifts today. They show what's been done before, not what's coming.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and its content come "as is" and "as available," with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We take reasonable care with what we publish here. Still, we don't promise it's complete or free of errors, and we may change or pull content whenever we need to. To the fullest extent the law allows, RATH Infotech carries no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Liability tied to a paid engagement is capped as set out in the relevant written proposal.
Third-party platforms and acceptable use
RATH Infotech delivers much of its work through third-party platforms, including Google, Meta, ChatGPT advertising, Shopify and WooCommerce. That work stays subject to each platform's own terms and policies, and you agree to observe them. As a Certified Google Workspace Partner, RATH Infotech has Google-certified and Meta-certified specialists on staff. You agree not to use this website unlawfully, not to try to disrupt it or gain unauthorised access, and not to copy its content without permission.
Governing law and disputes
The governing law and dispute-resolution forum for your engagement appear in your written proposal. For general use of this website, please raise any concern with us first by emailing sales@rath.ae, so we can work to resolve it directly and quickly before anyone takes a formal step.
Changes to the terms
Our Terms of Service may change from time to time, whether to reflect new services or to keep pace with legal requirements. Every updated version goes up on this page along with its revised effective date, and if you keep using the site after that, we take it as acceptance of the new terms. When a change materially affects an active engagement, we'll email the client involved.

Frequently asked questions
Do the terms apply if I only browse the website?
Yes. Using www.rath.ae means you accept the website-use sections of the terms. Paid engagements come with an added layer: they're governed by the written proposal or quote you accept. If you disagree with the terms, stop using the site. Questions? Email sales@rath.ae.
Who is "RATH Infotech" in the terms?
RATH Infotech is the brand behind a full-stack digital agency working across Dubai and the wider UAE. SEO and AEO, web design and development, ecommerce, performance marketing: all under one roof, serving clients since 2014. Engage us, and you contract with RATH Infotech, under the terms your written proposal sets out.
How do I engage RATH Infotech's services?
Every engagement starts with a written proposal or quote that spells out scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. Work doesn't begin until you accept it in writing. If something in that proposal conflicts with these general terms, the proposal wins for that engagement. Your signed document is always the controlling reference.
What are the payment and cancellation terms?
Fees, the payment schedule and cancellation rights are all spelled out in each written proposal and quoted in AED. Every engagement has its own scope, so we agree these commercial terms per project rather than fixing them here. If you need clarification before signing, email sales@rath.ae.
Who owns the work RATH Infotech produces?
RATH Infotech keeps ownership of its pre-existing tools, methods, know-how and the content of this website, but you own the agreed final deliverables once your invoices are paid in full, unless your proposal says otherwise. Your proposal is where the exact intellectual-property terms for your project get confirmed.
Does RATH Infotech guarantee SEO rankings or ad results?
No. Search and advertising results hinge on third-party platforms and market conditions, so nobody can promise a certain ranking, traffic volume or lead count. The case-study figures on this site are verified historical results pulled from real performance-marketing campaigns. They're not a forecast of what's coming next.
Which platforms' terms also apply to my project?
Any work done on Google, Meta, ChatGPT advertising, Shopify or WooCommerce still falls under each platform's own terms. RATH Infotech holds Certified Google Workspace Partner status, and the team includes both Google-certified and Meta-certified specialists.
Which law governs the terms?
The governing law and dispute-resolution forum for your engagement are laid out in your written proposal. If you have a concern about general website use, email us first at sales@rath.ae. We'd rather sort it out directly before anyone takes a formal step.
How will I know if the terms change?
We may update the terms from time to time. Each updated version is posted on this page with its revised effective date, and continued use of the site after posting means you accept the changes. For anything material to an active engagement, we will notify the affected client by email.
