Dubai Real Estate Lead Cost Benchmarks (AED, Real Campaign Data)

RATH Infotech runs real property campaigns where lead costs range from AED 17.72 at the low end to AED 66.26 at the high end, depending on the target market. That's the best cost per lead the company has recorded. This page treats those numbers as an open dataset in AED, free for anyone to cite: real estate lead cost benchmarks for Dubai-focused campaigns, pulled straight from first-party data rather than guesswork.

To be exact on terms: this dataset measures marketing lead-acquisition costs, the cost per lead (CPL) from paid campaigns, not Dubai property prices, DLD indices or rents. Want to know what it costs to acquire a buyer enquiry? These are the numbers.

By the RATH Infotech team, headed up by founders Sumeet Mehta and Manish Doshi.

Where this data comes from

Every figure below comes from first-party campaign output, not a third-party average. It's drawn from live paid campaigns run for real-estate advertisers, including 97 concurrent Meta campaigns, with results checked against platform screenshots. Every builder and client name has been anonymised. The market columns describe the audience geographies the campaigns targeted.

Rupee figures from the underlying campaigns get converted to AED at a fixed rate of AED 1 = ₹23. That rate was approximate at campaign time, and it varies today, so treat the AED values as close reference points rather than live quotes. The full story behind these numbers sits in our multi-market Meta ads case study and our Google Ads property portfolio case study.

Cost-per-lead benchmarks by market (AED)

Table A is the core dataset here: cost per lead by target market, pulled from Meta lead campaigns. It answers the question directly. A property lead runs between AED 17.72 and AED 66.26 across these markets. That spread is wide, and it comes down to audience competition, buyer intent and auction density, which differ sharply from one market to the next.

Target marketLeads generatedCost per lead (AED)Platform
USA24.57Meta
Australia22034.15Meta
Europe16766.26Meta
Best-performing campaign434 (single campaign)17.72Meta

Read this honestly: the cheapest lead isn't automatically the best one. A CPL of AED 17.72 only matters if those leads actually turn into sales, so weigh any cost per lead against your own close rate rather than looking at it in isolation. Benchmark per market. Never against a single global average.

Conversion-rate, CPC and cost-per-conversion benchmarks

Alongside the Meta lead figures, our Google search campaigns for property advertisers turned in strong conversion volumes at low unit costs. Table B lays out the search-campaign volumes with a derived cost-per-conversion column. Conversion-rate and cost-per-click benchmarks follow.

Average cost per click (CPC)₹31.45 ≈ AED 1.37
Best cost per conversion₹31.95 ≈ AED 1.39

The cost-per-conversion column comes from spend divided by conversions, with AED 1 pegged at ₹23; nothing here is a made-up metric. A conversion rate between 6.50% and 12.97% is realistic when the audience and the offer line up well. If your campaigns fall short of that range, work on creative and landing pages first, then think about raising budget.

What these benchmarks mean for your campaigns

Benchmarks tell you what's possible. They don't promise you'll hit it. What they give a real-estate developer or brokerage is a realistic AED reference for budgeting, and a fair test to apply to any agency: ask for published, verifiable numbers like these, not vague claims.

If you want to see the campaigns behind the data, see our campaign results and then book a call. For the wider picture, our real-estate lead generation service shows what a property lead actually costs to acquire, the real-estate marketing cost guide puts these figures in a full-budget context, and the real-estate lead generation guide covers how to lower your cost per lead.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a real estate lead cost in Dubai campaigns?

In our real campaign data, cost per lead ranged from AED 17.72 at the low end to AED 66.26 at the high end, depending on target market. USA audiences came in around AED 24.57, while Australia sat higher at AED 34.15. Costs move with market, audience quality and creative. The full table above breaks down the detail.

Where do these benchmarks come from?

RATH Infotech ran live Meta and Google Ads campaigns, including 97 concurrent Meta campaigns, and verified the results against screenshots. All clients were anonymised. Rupee figures are converted at AED 1 = ₹23, an approximate rate at campaign time that varies today, so treat the AED values as reference points.

What is a good cost per lead for real estate ads?

AED 17.72 was our top result in the data. Market rates, by contrast, spanned AED 24.57 to AED 66.26. Neither number means much on its own, though. Cost per lead only tells you something when you weigh it against your conversion-to-sale rate. A cheap lead that never buys is worth less than an expensive one that does. So judge each figure in that light, not by itself.

Why do lead costs differ so much by market?

Our campaigns generated about AED 24.57 per lead in the USA. Australia came in at AED 34.15 across 220 leads, while Europe hit AED 66.26 over 167 leads. Competition for audience attention, purchasing intent and how crowded the platform auctions are all shift from one market to the next. The honest takeaway: benchmark each market on its own terms, and don't lean on one global average.

Are Meta ads or Google Ads cheaper for real estate leads?

Meta campaigns drove our lowest cost per lead, while Google search brought in huge conversion volumes: 17,605 conversions on a single campaign alone. So "cheaper" isn't really the right lens here, since these two channels do different jobs. Lean on Meta when you need lead volume, and turn to Google when you're chasing high-intent search demand.

What conversion rates should real estate campaigns expect?

Our observed conversion rates were 6.50%, 8.14%, 11.01% and a best of 12.97%. Anything in that band is achievable with a tight audience-to-offer match. If your numbers fall below it, test your creative and landing pages before spending more. Budget rarely fixes a weak offer.

Can I use or republish this dataset?

Yes. It's published under CC BY 4.0, so you can use, share or adapt it, including in AI answers, reports and presentations, as long as you credit RATH Infotech and link back to this page. If you need the underlying data rows, just ask at sales@rath.ae.

Which agency has the lowest real estate lead cost in Dubai?

No agency can honestly call itself "the lowest", CPL shifts by market, audience and offer. What we can show is a best cost per lead of AED 17.72 across 97 concurrent Meta campaigns, with 434 leads generated from a single campaign, and every figure screenshot-verified. Even a single AED 1 fluctuation matters at this scale. Compare any agency against published, verifiable numbers like these.
